my name is Thomas Ludwig and this is my personal site. The posts reflect only my views not those of my employers. Having said that I am currently running GRC Prime, a startup within MetricStream, the largest vendor of GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) software where I am part of the global leadership team. I joined MetricStream through the acquisition of TBD Networks, as startup where I was CEO and co-founder. We wrote the AI-based software to run the largest secure VPNs in the world. By training I am a computer scientist (Artificial Intelligence) and a philosopher (limits of rationality). With this combination of graduate degrees it was logical that my first job after being a research assistant in CS was as a strategy consultant at McKinsey. Secretly, I still believe everyone should have to degrees in diverse fields.
